Hendlin Books is a publishing firm that celebrates inspiration and supports innovation.
The firm’s two namesakes, Jimi Hendrix (HEND-) and Charlie Chaplin (-LIN), personify our vision. Hendrix, the world’s greatest ever guitarist, brought the sounds of other galaxies to our ears. Chaplin, the silent film star, allowed us to see into the human heart. During the course of their careers these men defied convention and ascended to extraordinary heights.
At Hendlin Books we offer our expertise and support to literary artists who share this dream. We have and will continue to assist them in bringing their insights to the world. The celebration of their inspiration is the reason why we, Hendlin Books, are in business. Hendlin Books is in a unique position to work closely with our authors, to produce a book that captures their vision. We are able to work quickly to develop a concept, in consultation with our authors, and the team are very flexible and open in the way in which they develop a book. Hendlin Books offers an alternative to other large, multinational publishing groups, having many of the advantages of these companies, without the issues that can complicate the publishing process.
